Deb is a highly effective nonprofit executive leader with over 40 years of experience in domestic violence prevention, intervention, and advocacy; homelessness, HIV, sexual violence, mental health, and community engagement.  She served as the Executive Director of the RI Coalition Against Domestic Violence for over 22 years, and most recently as the Senior Deputy Director of the Capacity Team at the National Network to End Domestic Violence. 

Beth spent more than 20 years as a CEO at both state and local non-profits and has been a driving force in shaping effective strategies in complex social and political environments. Her leadership is underscored by her success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and providing critical support during organizational transitions.

She understands the many skills needed to be a non-profit executive and loves to make that easier for colleagues with practical, usable tips that solve everyday problems.

Beth is known nationally for her expertise in gender based violence, especially self-defense in domestic homicides. She has provided expert witness services in multiple jurisdictions around the country and offers training for advocates interested in becoming expert witnesses.  

Kimberly has a Master’s Degree and over twenty (20) years at the local, state, and national level of advocacy, training and technical assistance, and navigating funding guidance in both the public and private sectors.

Vickie has experience in several organizations responding to significant fund losses and changes in approaches to core principles and services. This includes managing staff, boards, and membership and budgeting for longer-term sustainability.

With over 15 years in the industry and acclaimed projects like Breathe, Rochelle uses her expertise in filmmaking, graphic design, branding, and media marketing to empower communities and inspire lasting change. Pam is currently a trainer and consultant in strategic communication,  including crisis PR communication,  messaging, empathy and active listening skills, board development, and navigating the unique and often little-understood challenges in managing a domestic violence organization.

She is a workplace coach, certified in executive and team coaching. 

She is the author of a bestselling book on domestic violence and has frequently appeared in local, regional, and national media. 

Pam supports organizations through an empowerment approach, using a combination of training, consultation, and workplace coaching.
