Thrive Consulting offers the following packages to help your business:
CFO (estimated 5 hours per week, maximum of 25 hours per month): Enter all transactions into accounting system of client’s choice. Prepare regular reports as requested by client. Bi-monthly meetings with client (in-person, conference call, or Skype) to review results. Analytical review of business processes and identifying areas of lost savings or potential untapped revenues. Prepare regular tax returns as required. Cost: $600/month (savings of $200/month or 25% over a la carte rates)
Controller (estimated 3 hours per week, maximum of 14 hours per month): Enter all transactions into accounting system of client’s choice. Prepare regular reports as requested by client. Monthly meetings with client (in-person, conference call, or Skype) to review results. Prepare regular tax returns as required. Cost: $400/month (savings of $80/month or 17% over a la carte rates)
Small Business Start-up Package: Six hours, including consultation with client regarding nature of business, then setup of spreadsheets (or software package of client’s choice) for ongoing tracking by client. Consultation on tax matters and instructions on how to handle these. Designed for the business that has just begun operations. Cost: $200
A-la-carte: Enter transactions in accounting system of client’s choice. Prepare regular reports as requested by client. Meetings with client to review results as requested. Prepare regular tax returns as required. Hourly cost: $40/hour.
Consulting services: Analyze profitability of programs, design policy and procedure manuals, train staff on bookkeeping, assist with budgeting or projections, other projects as proposed by client. Hourly cost: $40/hour.
